We are the original inventors of the Saturn, SSI and Eidal Shredder Lines that have been in the recycling industry since 1966, 1972 and 1980 respectively.
We have been manufacturing in Asia since 1977 and in China since 1993 to greatly reduce the cost of our equipment to reach world markets.
The days of high priced shredding and recycling systems is over. You do not need to spend $2,000,000.00 for a shredding line and this does not mean one shredder, multiple shredders to do the job properly, an option that most have never had due to high prices.
Our systems generally involve a pre-shredding system with up to 6 shredders.YES 6 SHREDDERS and most of our systems have 6 crackermills. YES 6 CRACKERMILLS..
Many of these multiple shredder and crackermill systems start at $350,000.00, and most complete systems start at $750,000.00 with many high volume systems under $950.000.00 to $1,500,000.00..which for a multiple shredder and crackermill system is ½ to 1/3rd of the price of everyone else.
In addition to this quotation is information on Mat Presses to allow for the manufacture of 1000 mud flaps per day on an 8 hour shift.
As discussed the reason everyone else is quoting high prices is that the equipment is made in the USA or in Europe. We are the only US Based group offering our US Design and US Quality but with Asian manufacturing.
We also are the only group to offer and provide a patented LOW Hp designs that reduce the overall Hp needs of these systems to under 500 Hp total connected load for a 3 TPH system if needed, to allow for their installation in countries where electrical power is a premium or not readily available. We can easily provide 1000 Hp systems but that is not needed with our patented LOW Hp designs.
This system is designed in a full turnkey form for tire grinding for customers on a worldwide basis and is as follows:
This system is split into two major parts.
The first part, or primary system is the tire chip system which takes whole tires into several salable forms, Rough Shred form for general disposal, 2" civil engineering chip or fuel chip form for sale, and a 1" civil engineering chip or fuel form for a predominantly wire free 1" minus form which can then be feed stock for the secondary system to process the material into a wide range of crum forms.
If needed we also offer a secondary system that takes the feed stock from the primary system and turns this material into a clean crum form, wire free and fiber free from a 5 to 40 mesh range, or for convenience purposes, into screened mesh sizes for various applications such as 5 mesh, 8 mesh, 10 mesh, 20 mesh and 40 mesh materials. Finer Grinding Systems are available upon request.
( Crackermill Group for Typical Tire System for Fine Grinding ) We design, manufacture and setup these systems for easy installation by the buyers reducing installation costs.
The electrical components will be provided for the voltage of the country of sale or operation. Worldwide voltages differ and this is specifically provided for each system to suit the country of sale or operation.
The electrical components and wiring will be of an acceptable standard for each country and will be provided with components that are UL and CE approved. The enclosure or enclosures for the electrical components and motor relays will be VFD ( Variable Frequency Drives ) drives, reducing startup load surges. All control features are master controlled using PLC ( Programmable Logic Controllers ) to allow for automatic operation of the system. All enclosures will be NEMA 4 ( watertight and air tight ) rating and all electric motors will be TEFC ( watertight and air tight ) rated.
The Primary System is comprised of:
1. Two Tire Debeader Splitter Machines ( Optional ) for removal of the bead wires in truck tires that if removed prior to shredding will reduce wear by half . Included in this package are Two Tire Sidewall Cutters ( Optional ) for cutting off the sidewall for engineering applications for Cone Bases or stamped products.
2. One Primary Autofeed Shredder with Horizontal Feed Deck to allow for automated feeding of the shredding system.This is an optional component but one that needs to be considered as most shredding lines must have multiple personnel feeding the infeed conveyor or the infeed of the system. This Primary Autofeed Shredder allows you to use a front end loader or other loading mechanism to dump multiple tires on a loading deck that feeds into the Autofeed Shredder. This 5" wide rough shred then goes into the system for further shredding and grinding.
3. One Primary Infeed Conveyor capable of accepting the material from the Autofeed Shredder or to accept whole passenger tires and split truck tires. Slider belt Design with 52" length for tires.
4. One Primary Shredder Model 5444 with a 40 HP or 80 HP drive ( two 20 Hp or 40 Hp motors ) turning at about 5 RPM using Double Hook 2.5" Wide Cutters.
5. One Primary to Secondary Shredder Conveyor for conveyance of material from the Primary Shredder to the Secondary Shredder
6. One Secondary Shredder Model 5444 with a 40 Hp or 80 Hp drive ( two 20 Hp or 40 Hp motors ) turning at about 5 RPM using Multiple Hook 2" Wide Cutters.
7. One Secondary to Tertiary Shredder Conveyor for conveyance of material from the Secondary Shredder to the Tertiary Shredder.
8. One Tertiary Shredder Model 3444 with 40 HP or 80 HP drive ( two 20 Hp or 40 Hp Motors ) turning at about 8 RPM using Four Hook and Six Hook 1.5" wide Cutters.
9. One Tertiary to Quad Shredder Conveyor for conveyance of material from the Tertiary shredder to the fourth Shredder. All Conveyors must have interfacing design to prevent off fall of materials from the sides and transition points of the conveyors from discharge chutes to infeed hoppers.
10. One Quad Shredder Model 3434 unit with a 40 Hp or 80 Hp drive ( two 20 Hp or 40 Hp motors ) turning at about 11 RPM using 8 hook 1" Wide Cutters.
11. One Quad to Fifth Shredder Conveyor for conveyance of material from the Quad Shredder to the Fifth ( 5th ) Shredder.
12. One Fifth Shredder Model 3434 unit with a 40 Hp or 80 Hp drive ( two 20 Hp or 40 Hp Motors ) turning at about 13 RPM using 10 hook 1" Wide Cutters.
13. One Fifth Shredder Magnetic Crossbelt Magnet Assembly to remove loose wire from the Fifth Shredder Conveyor.
14. One Fifth Shredder Discharge Conveyor to take material from the Fifth Shredder to the discharge area or into the Crackermill Crum System.
15. One Fifth Shredder Discharge Conveyor Magnetic Crossbelt Magnet Assembly to remove loose wire from the Discharge Conveyor
The Secondary Crum System is comprised of a design using one Primary Crackermill feeding two Secondary Crackermills, to affect a 3 TPH system.
If the system is to perform with redundancy or for more throughput rate we then duplicate this layout in the Crum System to produce up to 6 TPH
With this crum system we provide the following:
16. One 100 Hp or 150 HP Primary Crackermill capable of accepting the 1" minus feed stock from the Primary Shredding System which reduces the 1" chips to a smaller particle size for fabric and metal separation as well as screening of the material to maximize its throughput to produce material for the Secondary Crackermills as well as removal of various mesh materials. All Crackermills will have Water Rotational Couplings and will utilize state of the art Fabricated Design for their Frames and Oil Lubricated Bearings of Spherical Roller Bearing Design.
17. One Primary Crackermill Fabric Removal, Crossbelt and Tail Pulley Metal, Double Deck Screening and Conveying System for the Primary Crackermill. ( This system is duplicated for added capacity or redundancy if requested by the buyer )
18. One 100 Hp to 150 HP Secondary Crackermill capable of accepting the feed stock from the Primary Crackermill and reducing this to a final particle size for further fabric and metal separation as well as screening of the material to produce material for the final product of various mesh sizes that are produced by the Secondary Crackermills. ( This system is duplicated for added capacity or redundancy if requested by the buyer )
19. One Secondary Crackermill Fabric Removal, Crossbelt and Tail Pulley Metal, Double Deck Screening and Conveying System for the Secondary Crackermill for final product production and separation. ( This system is duplicated for added capacity or redundancy if requested by the buyer )
20. One Discharge Conveyor System for conveyance of the proper sized material to be removed from the system in various mesh ranges. ( This system is duplicated for added capacity or redundancy if requested by the buyer )
The basic system of Five Shredders without the Auto Feed Primary Shredder is offered for a price of $550,000.00 USD and the Six Shredders System ( with the Auto Feed Primary Shredder ) is offered for a price of $650,000.00 USD. This system includes all conveyance and magnetic separation equipment. This system is a 3 to 4 TPH system for primary shredding of the tires into various chip sizes. Rough Shred, 2" and 1" chips. The debeaders if requested are $9,000.00 each and the sidewall cutters if requested are $12,000.00 each if requested.
The Secondary System comprised of One Primary Crackermill and Two Secondary Crackermills with the entire conveyance, air and magnetic separation and screening package is offered for an additional $350,000.00 USD. This is a 2 to 3 TPH system for mesh up to 40 mesh.
The Secondary System comprised of Two Primary Crackermkills and Four Secondary Crackermills with the entire conveyance, air and magnetic separation and screening package is offered for an additional $700,000.00 USD. This is a 3 to 4 TPH system for mesh up to 40 mesh.
The Mat Production Presses or Molding Equipment is based on 1000 mud flaps per day on an 8 hour shift. Having a production rate of 150 mats per hour requires two four platen presses and the auxiliary mixing equipment to prepare the material for mat production. The mixing equipment and presses involved in this system are furnished for $350,000.00.
The total budget for the entire package can be added up as you see fit.
All Prices are FOB Asia and the shipping cost worldwide for the Shredding System is about $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 for each system. The entire Shredding and Grinding System shipping cost if in the range of $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 for shipping for a complete package. Taxes, Duty and other Fees will be paid as incurred by the Buyer.
If you wish to pursue this project in an engineering fashion then we offer the following:
There is an initial meeting fee in addition to the basic system price, of $10,000.00 to meet with your group after we have all determined what your need are. This is for travel and expenses anywhere in the world.
There is a Pre Engineering fee in addition to the basic system price, of $25,000.00 to provide the general layout based on your budget and needs which is accomplished after our initial face to face meeting.
There is a Final Engineering fee in addition to the basic system price, of $75,000.00 to provide the final system drawings for manufacture and installation.
There is a Installation Supervision Fee of $50,000.00 to accommodate our team to be on site for up to two weeks to assist in the installation and startup of the system.
These Engineering Items are generally not required but recommended.
As you can see from our proposal we can offer complete shredding and grinding systems that involves multiple shredders and grinders for the same price at which most suppliers only supply one or two shredders with one or two crackermills.THIS IS A COMPLETE SYSTEM.and we pride ourselves that with our Asian prices at being able to provide the right equipment to make a system properly function at a price that is affordable.
The Payment terms are 70% with order and the balance as needed during construction with final payment being made when the manufacturing is complete and the units are ready for shipment.
